Because every piece is uniquely handcrafted and energetically charged, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each crystal bonsai is made to order and carries its own distinct energy — once it has found you, it is yours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.
