We want every Chakra Light order to arrive safely and match what you purchased. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final
Because each crystal bonsai is handcrafted and natural stones vary in color, pattern and shape, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not apply when an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us at 919866541@qq.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no delivery after the estimated delivery window, contact us at 919866541@qq.com. We will investigate with the carrier and advise you of the next steps.

Natural Variations
Natural stones and preserved botanical elements may vary in color, texture, pattern and shape. These natural variations are not considered defects.
