All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email 919866541@qq.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send any item back before receiving our instructions.

Resolution
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
